DIVA DISH: The Big Chill Gelish Ombre Gel Mani

DIVA DISH: The Big Chill Gelish Ombre Gel Mani

Up in smoke!

That was the #inspo for my 2014 holiday gel mani ft. The Big Chill (base) and Snowflakes and Skyscrapers (tips) from the Gelish MINI winter collection.

When the line arrived at the DIVAlicious offices, intern Kelsey and I quickly divided up the six new shades and couldn’t wait to to lacquer up.

We went for a lil treat-yoself action and headed over to Primp & Polish in Williamsburg with our Gelish shades in hand for a professional job (versus DIY).

The polishes, which look gorge on their own, looked phenom when layered for ombre and nail art effects.

My mani lasted a full 14 days with not a single nick or chip. In real life and on social media, I got compliments galore. Since I use a lot of face and body oils, rather than having to go back to the salon for a soak-off, my mani easily lifted on its own with no damage by the end of the two weeks.

Ummm. #LOVESIT
