High up there on my Christmas list this year (yes, I still make one!) — the Limited Edition HOPE Clarisonic Mia for $149.
Every single one purchased results in a donation to the Look Good…Feel Better® organization that I’ve supported in the past through CEW. The organization is amazing – offering group sessions where women with cancer learn from trained cosmetologists how to alter their hair and makeup routine to handle skin changes and hair loss – and in the process, regain self-confidence and feel beautiful again.
I love the idea of buying a beauty product that will not only make me feel more beautiful but other women as well.
What is a CLARISONIC??
The best way I can explain it is a cordless beauty brush that spins/pulses (300 movements per second) to clean, soften and smooth skin. It is a superior way to clean the skin and, in the process, skin is prepped to be more receptive to the super-expensive lotions and potions we all invest in. The Clarisonic also improves skin conditions like dryness and breakouts as well as minimizes the look of large pores. It removes 6x more makeup than manual cleansing. It can be used for 60 seconds twice daily on face and body. It’s gotten a ton of hype and I was skeptical at first, but women I trust (including aestheticians) rave about them. Of course, this has spurred the production of cheaper immitations from some of the big beauty brands. But I’ll go with the leader and not the followers.
What is the MIA??
Mia is the mini! It’s a compact size Clarisonic great for travel and also NYC apartments with minimal bathroom storage :) Unlike the original, it has only one speed (versus 3) but is otherwise identical in terms of benefits.
If you buy the Limited Edition HOPE Mia now, you also get a matching Hope is Beautiful carrying case, an additional pink brush head and a 6 oz cleanser ($65 value).
Santa better order mine quickly – while the special is still available!!
