DIVA DISH: Yu-Be Foaming Skin Polish

DIVA DISH: Yu-Be Foaming Skin Polish

I got three words for this incredible exfoliator: You Be Glowing.

I just LOVE this guy and have warmly welcomed him into my bathroom where cabinet, counter and bathtub space is limited. (Or rather, pretty much spoken for.)

The brand itself is one I had seen around before but never really played with. Yu-Be  was invented by a Japanese pharmacist in 1957 and is now carried by Sephora (kind of a major stamp of beauty approval in my mind). The foaming skin polish is gentle enough for use on the face and is rockstar incredible on the body. I would call it gritty but not abrasive. And if you want supple summer skin and lots of it, I’d say apply it all over.

It works in two parts. Rice bran and walnut shell powder slough off dirt and dead skin while glycerin and camphor soothe, smooth and moisturize.

Some people are really not into the scent of camphor. I find it very subtle in this product and the payoff makes it well worth it.

Although mine was sent over for testing, the product is also only $18 for 7 oz. and a little goes a long way, so the value is totally there.

Once you moisturize post-shower, you will notice the perfect sheen. One that lotion alone doesn’t give but fresh buffed healthy skin does. This product is a winner and I’ve just added it to my DIVAfaves page!
