The leaves have begun to fall, a coat is no longer accessory but necessity, and the air has that cool crispness in the morning that makes you feel alive. It is Autumn and time to take full advantage of the weather before it’s too cold to move.
What is the best way to take it all in you ask? Might I suggest a Sunday drive…
Of course, the first order of business is the car. If you’re like me and live in a city (i.e do not own a car of your own) there are still ways to take hold of a Shelby Cobra. Try something like the Classic Car Club of Manhattan.
Hopefully you found a suitable convertible. Now since it is not summer you are going to need a jacket slick enough to go with your new whip and warm enough to allow you to enjoy having the top down.
You’re familiar with insurance right? It is good to have, but hopefully you don’t need it. Think of a scarf as extra warmth insurance. Something tells me after you see yourself in the mirror this scarf isn’t coming off.
Dark denim is a must have under all circumstances – and yes driving a classic sports car is one of those. Uniqlo makes excellent jeans. They fit perfectly, look great, and surprisingly are priced less than a bottle of whiskey.
Okay so maybe the Leica M Red camera is a little out of your, and mostly everyone else’s, price range, but that does not change the fact that you will need to a camera to capture your experiences. Because there’s nothing better than having company over and having said company admire that beautiful photo of falling leaves on your wall only to be able to tell them that it’s your original shot.
