Last week, I had the amazing opportunity to attend a holiday event sponsored by Goody at Pucker Makeup Studio. The room was split into two, one part hair, and one part makeup. It was a glamour party!
After meeting Julio Sandino, co-creator and owner of Pucker Makeup Studio, I just knew I needed to get glamorized myself! He added some purple shadow to my eyelids and under-eye, applied concealer to my under-eye area, and gave me a pumped-up cranberry lip!
Afterwards, we took a selfie:
The theme for the event was Spring Into Goody with corresponding #SpringIntoGoody hashtag, and it promoted it’s new products, expected to launch in Walmart, Target, Kmart, and Meijer early Spring 2015.
My favorite product was the Simply Styles Kits, that contained all the products needed to complete the look, in only 3 steps. These kits come in 8 different styles, ranging from buns to braids to faux bobs. I thought these were so fun and easy, and great as gifts! The new SlideProof hold-in-hair products were cool as well because they had multiple layers of their new technology infused in each product, that actually kept the product in place. After trying a few of their new hair ties, I instantly fell in love!
And of course, I took a selfie with their new Ouchless brush!
Finally, I needed to get my hair done to match my amazing makeup. I met hairstylist Jennifer MacDougall, who completely transformed my look using the Goody Faux Bob Kit, which includes 10 bobby pins and 1 faux bob maker:
The look was totally different than what I’m used to, but I loved it because it reminded me of something Pink has done!
