You know those curling irons that allow you to adjust heat settings? And then sometimes you still don’t get quick enough results?
As a girl with long locks, I tend to be impatient with my hair (unless I’m going out for a special occasion). But that all changed when I found The Bombshell Cone Curling Rod by Sultra sitting in the beauty closet of the magazine I worked at last summer.
This rod gives me bouncy, long-lasting curls – and it only takes me 10 to 15 minutes to curl a whole head of hair. Plus, since this isn’t your standard clip curling iron, you have the freedom to wrap the strands around the rod however you want them.
I hardly ever use my other curling irons anymore! If you’re willing to spend for a fab curling rod ($130 full price) – this is the one to get.
Thank me later.
Thank you for the tip! I have been looking for a product like this.

Michelle,
This thing looks dangerous. As in, hot hair guaranteed dangerous… but also physically dangerous. Does it come with a glove or mitt? How do you not burn yourself? I’m not a styling tool girl (on the regular anyway) so pls forgive my ignorance.

Hey Lauren,
I’m not a frequent hot tools user myself, but there is definitely a danger factor with this one! The iron came with a pink glove (that I should have been wearing…since I burned myself a couple of times already). The one time I did use the glove – the iron seemed to slip out of my hand, so I just try to be careful!
The curls came out amaze!!
Thanks Jessica!
