But last week, things got a little more interesting.
As in, what does one wear to a party in NYC on a former aircraft carrier warship.
And the plot thickens… That party is the Hennessy-sponsored 30th birthday bash for DJ Cassidy, so you know there is going to be some fierce fashion and badass beauty up on deck. Intrepid style, so to speak.
Decisions, decisions….
My homegirl V decided on a black bodycon dress with a cherry red heel.
I ultimately went a very different route and decided to show some skin…tone, in the form of a flesh-colored, croc-embossed, microsuede, asymetrical, ruched bebe dress and my new nude Aldo heels with the bronze bows. I then picked up the wardrobe color palette in the makeup.
