After a loooong morning of doing bridal makeup for my friend at Armani (and then watching her walk down the aisle as a total bombshell!) and then working from home, I had little time to throw myself together for dinner at Delicatessen in Soho with my fab celeb hairstylist friend Kristan Serafino and my fab beauty editor friend Carly Cardellino.
When I’m in a rush, for whatever reason, I tend to opt for creams when picking a makeup palette. I think it’s the whole brush-free thing, the ease of fingertips to glide product in place.
So I popped some MAC Big Bounce mousse shadows (my new faves!) onto the lids (Trophy from lashline to crease, Luxury Touch from center to outer corner).
Then, still using my fingers (pinky in this case), pressed a touch of MAC Pigments in Violet on the very outer corner and under the eye.
Put some grey liner in the waterline. Coated on some mascara (top and bottom lashes). Filled in the brows. Livened up cheeks and lips with MAC Cream Colour Base in Tickle Me Pink. And out the door I went… after snapping these quick pics:
