For the second post in my Beauty Icon Series on makeup.com, I honor a personal fave who’s back on the scene and looking as good as ever!!
Some women look good for their age. Others just look good. I mean, hellooooooo 45!!
The beauty icon: Salma Hayek
The signature look: Bronzed bombshell. She often accents her radiant olive skin with defined brows and eyes made up with neutral shadows and lots of lash. Nude or berry hues are her go-to choices for lip colors. She typically wears her hair down in a full regal mane that perfectly frames her petite features and angular bone structure.
The beauty booty:
- To create Hayek’s glowing complexion, apply Giorgio Armani Luminous Silk Foundation.
- To get her defined brows, fill them out with the Shape & Define Brow Kit from her own cosmetics line, Nuance.
- To mimic her smoldering eyes, rim them in L’Oreal Extra-Intense Liquid Pencil Eyeliner and then use the tip to smudge and soften the effect.
