DIVA DISH: What Boys Like

DIVA DISH: What Boys Like

Of all the makeup I test and fall in love with (usually bold colors or metallic finishes), of course it would be a simple skincare / suncare fluid that my boyfriend oohs and aahhs over.

Every single time I put on Elizabeth Arden Prevage Triple Defense Shield SPF 50 (and nothing more beside mascara and gloss) he tells me I’m glowing or that I look so pretty. The kind of comments any girl would want to hear from her man, but that my fave coral lip or colored liner would just NEVER elicit from him.

Rather than be frustrated that what is art to me is sometimes over-the-top to him, I try to appreciate that he thinks I look great without any coverage or contour. It’s not the worst thing, even for a beauty fanatic.

So for makeup minimalists out there, or anyone looking to practice safe sun this season, take note. This product really does have a gorgeous finish and it feels amazing too.

Plus the brand claims it will help “deliver triple environmental protection, kick-start wrinkle renovation and protect against the perils of oxidative stress from sun, pollution and Infrared-A exposure.”

I happen to like that there is a twist lock to open and close it in addition to the fact that it is oh so sheer and luxurious. Worth it’s ($79) pricetag and then some if you ask me.
