Some people have said my new haircut makes me look like Kim Kardashian – a compliment I will gladly take, ladies!! She is def among my top style icons and always keeps it H.O.T.
So I figured in tribute to Kim, I would do a KK makeup look for The Daily Diva.
The Inspiration

The Interpretation
For the eye, I ended up softening the black rim to more of a dark brown layered over black and added black to the inner lashline. I don’t know where KK was headed with her makeup, but I was only going to dinner at Gemma with a girlfriend and then mojitos at La Esquina. And not that I ever ever suggest a woman tone down the fabulosity, but it just better fit my laid-back mood.
As for the lip, this next-to-nude lipstick is one I wear a lot and have blogged about before – YSL Rouge Pur Shine in #26 Natural Beige, topped with my brand spankin new Victoria’s Secret Minerals lipgloss in Bare – which I’ve, no joke, worn every day since the start of fashion week.
