3. L’Oreal Paris Extra Intense Liquid Pencil Eyeliner in Carbon Black
WHY? As inky and intense as liquid. As blendable and easy to apply as pencil. Can you say #winwin? Also 7 bucks. And worth wayyyyy more.
4. Rimmel ScandalEyes Waterproof Gel Liner
WHY? The built-in brush is a perfect compromise between flexible and stiff and it’s sharp edges allow for the perfect cat eye. Also comes in a nice range of 4 universally-flattering waterproof shades. Another $7 wonder!
WHY? Really, why not?! For about $4 a pair, you get all the drama and sex appeal of lash extensions without the damage. (Unless you bat your eyes in them, in which case there could be some damage.)

WHY? The moisture of a balm paired with the matte finish of an old hollywood screen siren. For $9. Need I go on? Maybe only to note that all the shades are knockouts.
