This one’s for the boys!
The über-talented Jéröme Obry, currently at the prestigious Martial Vivot Salon Pour Hommes, offered a complimentary hot shave and haircut to a Divalicious fan.
I was thrilled when Christopher Smyth agreed to try the service and be photographed for the story.
Now truth be told, Chris probably isn’t my biggest fan or even a regular reader (lipstick and louboutins apparently aren’t appealing to all men, go figure)… buuuuuut……. but but but (hang in there) – my sweetheart Andres who put us in touch for the post happens to be a fierce supporter and brand fanatic. So it’s all kosher.
Christopher and I met Jerome at the Julien Farel salon in the Setai (where Jerome previously worked) and Chris was quickly put in robe for some serious pampering.
There was lathering and shaving.
There was cleansing and hydrating.
There was massaging.
There was shampooing.
There was cutting and styling.
And finally… finally… there was looking like a movie star.
I honestly don’t think Christopher has ever looked better.
And I know this because I just went through all of his facebook pictures.
For reals.
And he said the treatment prior to the haircut was ahhh-mazing.
A great gift for the lucky men in our lives (boyfriends, husbands, dads, brothers…).
