Hey Lace Face!

Hey Lace Face!

Hey Divas!

It feels like it’s been forever since I last posted, but I couldn’t be more thrilled to return with a bang on the shiny new DIVAlicious.NYC – shifting my focus towards all things tech-y and innovative in beauty. I’ve always believed in self-growth – whether you express that through your job, in the relationships with the people around you, and your personal beauty and how you make yourself feel as an individual – and I’m stoked to share how I do that, specifically with beauty products with an innovative touch.

So let me kick off this post with a phrase I love to live by – #TREATYOSELF. One of the ways I execute this is through at-home beauty care, which comes in handy when I don’t feel like spending $$$$ on a facial or salon manicure. Especially when it comes to face masks, I go cray – not just because they’re economical, but also because they leave me feeling ready and refreshed at any time of the day.

There are two things I will admit about face masks: 1) I haven’t gotten into a real routine of using them because I feel like they require me laying down or doing minimal activity so as not to fall off my face, and 2) I don’t feel like I get the most out of the mask since the material usually isn’t stretchy enough to mold into some parts of my face – i.e. the bridge of my nose.

And I know I’m not the only one who feels this way either, BUT there IS a solution.

Thankfully, that solution’s name is DERMOVIA’s Lace Your Face Mask!

To answer what is probably your first question about this mask, yes it is actually made out of 100% cotton stretch lace. And don’t worry, it’s a lot prettier than your throwback version of a Scream costume for Halloween.

Since it would be our first time popping our lace mask cherries, LC and I decided to make a date out of it – especially since our Hydra-Gel masks needed a sequel.

Putting on the mask was definitely a lot easier than any other facial mask I’ve used before. Thanks to its gauzed lace material, the mask comfortably fit all of my face and even a little bit of my neck, with the holes allowing room to breathe. Oh, and best of all, the mask had a unique ear and chin strap that hooked behind the ears twice, which gave me total confidence that this one was going nowhere no matter what kind of activities Ldiva & I would be doing on our DERMOVIA date.

We live in a society where multitasking is ultimately inevitable, and fortunately DERMOVIA’s LaceTex Facial Mask makes getting work done, hydrating and feeding your skin with healthy nutrients, and looking and feeling refreshed and energized all in 15 minutes – and all while saving time – easy as hell.

A few other noteworthy features of this lace mask:

  • Each mask is saturated with 30 mL. of serum (!!!).
  • The mask cotton is hypoallergenic, paraben-free and sulfate-free.
  • The mask contours and compresses to help soften skin, while also lifting and securing to tighten it.
  • LC and I applied the mask right out the package, but depending on whether you’re looking to open your pores or close them, you can steep the mask to warm it or refrigerate to cool it.

AND last but not least – they make you look (and feel) GOOOOOOD. #meanmuggin’ #allbrandnew

DERMOVIA’s Lace Your Face mask is available on the home site in both individuals ($15) and 4-packs ($55). Right now, it is offered in Calming Chamomile, but will soon be partnered with 7 other botanically-derived, clinical grade formulas.
