Hey Divas!
It feels like it’s been forever since I last posted, but I couldn’t be more thrilled to return with a bang on the shiny new DIVAlicious.NYC – shifting my focus towards all things tech-y and innovative in beauty. I’ve always believed in self-growth – whether you express that through your job, in the relationships with the people around you, and your personal beauty and how you make yourself feel as an individual – and I’m stoked to share how I do that, specifically with beauty products with an innovative touch.
So let me kick off this post with a phrase I love to live by – #TREATYOSELF. One of the ways I execute this is through at-home beauty care, which comes in handy when I don’t feel like spending $$$$ on a facial or salon manicure. Especially when it comes to face masks, I go cray – not just because they’re economical, but also because they leave me feeling ready and refreshed at any time of the day.
There are two things I will admit about face masks: 1) I haven’t gotten into a real routine of using them because I feel like they require me laying down or doing minimal activity so as not to fall off my face, and 2) I don’t feel like I get the most out of the mask since the material usually isn’t stretchy enough to mold into some parts of my face – i.e. the bridge of my nose.
And I know I’m not the only one who feels this way either, BUT there IS a solution.

Putting on the mask was definitely a lot easier than any other facial mask I’ve used before. Thanks to its gauzed lace material, the mask comfortably fit all of my face and even a little bit of my neck, with the holes allowing room to breathe. Oh, and best of all, the mask had a unique ear and chin strap that hooked behind the ears twice, which gave me total confidence that this one was going nowhere no matter what kind of activities Ldiva & I would be doing on our DERMOVIA date.
