CONFESSION: From the time I was a baby till I reached about 8 years old, my parents gave me a haircut that equaled a 1990’s horror film. It was Halle Berry gone wrong, and there was never a time when I came out of the hair salon not crying. So from the moment my parents finally gave me the freedom to grow out my hair, I took total control and held onto it for dear life.
If there’s one thing I care about the most on my body, it’s definitely my locks.
Basically, I live for hair products, because good hair is what makes us feel good as females. And just when I was starting the hunt for a new conditioner, LDiva handed over a bottle of Goá Full Moon Hair Conditioner.
One word: Amazing.
First off, can we PLEASE talk about the smell?! A combination of aloe vera and eucalyptus, this conditioner’s scent works as well as aromatherapy oils. It has such a clean, refreshing, yet strong (in a good way) smell that it feels as if you just visited the spa for a hair treatment. Just opening the bottle and getting a whiff makes me feel relaxed and positive already!
I also loveee the matte packaging. While this squeezable tube design is typically seen with lotions, I like that Goá used it with their shampoo/conditioner. Not only does it appear luxurious (like the product itself), but it allows for easy dispensing without the hassle of waiting for the conditioner to reach the opposite end of the bottle.
But really the #1 reason why I’m so head over heels for this conditioner is how naturally soft, smooth, and lightweight it makes my hair feel. No sign of coarseness or drying out here at all. After 2 weeks of using it, my locks actually feel like I recently got hot oil treatment. I can’t tell you how many times I’ve whipped my hair back and forth (because I can now) and ran my fingers through my hair because of this conditioner. Such a boost of confidence!
Not only do I feel safe because it’s packed with natural ingredients and herb-derived antioxidants, but I genuinely feel good about myself. And to me, that’s all it takes for me to instantly give a product 5 stars. Thanks Goá for making me happy!!
