The Lettuces: NY State of Mind

The Lettuces: NY State of Mind

NOTE: This post was originally published on Instagram. I am reposting and backdating it here as part of a historical series in order to preserve these meaningful memories and early motherhood thoughts and experiences in a way that is not tied to any social media platform. This is something I’ve been wanting to do for some time. As we formally shelter in place in NYC, this project brings me happiness and a welcome break from the news. 🖤

One hand in the air for the big city. Street lights, big dreams, all lookin’ pretty.

🌃💙

One of the countless things I love about New York is that nobody blinks an eye whether I’m taking my little babe to the swings, his music class, a gallery event, a brainstorming lunch or a business meeting.

My days are a total work/life blend and it fuels my ❤️ and my 🧠.

From the rooftop, to the park, to the playground, to the playmat, to the ferry, to the café, to the couch… it’s me and my mini mogul with our #workhardplayhard NYC hustle.
