InternDIVA: Eye Magic

InternDIVA: Eye Magic

Eye shadow has always been my frenemy. I love the way it can enhance any beauty look, but sometimes it’s just too hard to get right.

Say hello to Eye Majic Instant Eye Shadow.

It’s self-proclaimed as “the world’s quickest and easiest eye shadow to apply,” and after reviewing it for the site, I totally agree.

Full disclosure: I had my doubts at first about this press-on eyeshadow, so I sought help from LDiva for this look. I then tried the product again, by myself, and can proudly testify that the process is ultra-simple. You close your eyes, take the applicator, and stamp it on. The pressure of the application depends on the look you’re going for: if you want a soft look, apply lightly – if you want a stronger look, press more firmly. You can also repeat application, and stamp on the product a few times to adjust the look.

Each packet comes with 2, 5 or 10 sets of shadow pads which cost $3.49, $8.49 and $15.95 respectively.

Here’s how Eye Majic looks on my eye before blending:

And after:

A nice subtle smoky eye. Although they also have bolder shades and patterns (and I’m talking leopard print here).

In addition to wearing it on its own, the makers of Eye Majic suggest applying the product over your eyeshadow for an extra boost.

But here at DIVAlicious, we don’t settle for just a little extra.

Cue these fab lashes from South Korean brand Echo’s.

These pre-cut lashes are the perfect addition to my almond-shaped Asian eyes…and they truly worked their own eye magic.

In fact, the total beauty look (smoky shadow + flirty lashes) inspired a #selfie session!

Eyeshadow pads and lash strips. Who knew?!
